Your enquiry
When you submit the form, your name, email address, optional telephone number, location and message are processed by our website on Vercel and sent through Resend to Mega Roofing's Google Workspace inbox. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Protecting the form
Vercel BotID checks browser requests for automated abuse. Vercel processes technical connection and browser information for this check and applies limits to repeated submissions from the same IP address. Security cookies or browser signals may be used to verify requests.
The server validates each enquiry before sending it. A keyed hash of the email content is sent to Resend as an idempotency key to prevent identical submissions from being sent repeatedly within its 24-hour deduplication window. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database.
Email handling
Submitted enquiries are processed by Resend for delivery and retained in our business email system for handling your request. If an enquiry fails, the form keeps your details on the page so you can retry. Successful submission confirms acceptance by our email service, rather than a guarantee of inbox delivery.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Fonts and images are served with the website. Security and hosting providers may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the service.
